What is KHMYS?
KHMYS (Know How Much You Spend) is a personal finance web app. It brings your everyday spending, budgets, accounts, investments and goals into one place, so you can see where your money goes and decide what to do next. Connect a bank, import a CSV or PDF statement, or add transactions yourself.
How KHMYS handles your data
- You sign in with Google. KHMYS has no passwords of its own.
- Bank connections go through Plaid. You enter your bank login in Plaid’s window, never in KHMYS, and KHMYS asks Plaid for transactions only.
- No advertising, no ad cookies, and nothing sold. KHMYS does not move money.
- KHMYS does not charge anything today. There is no billing or subscription in the app.

What is KHMYS?
KHMYS, short for Know How Much You Spend, is a personal finance web app. It brings your transactions, budgets, accounts, investments and goals into one place, so you can see where your money goes and decide what to do next.
Do I have to connect my bank to use KHMYS?
No. Connect a supported bank when that works for you, import a CSV or PDF statement, or add transactions manually. You can start with the information you already have.
How does KHMYS handle my bank connection and data?
Bank connections go through Plaid. You enter your bank login in Plaid’s window, never in KHMYS, and KHMYS asks Plaid for transactions only. You sign in with Google, so KHMYS holds no password. Disconnecting a bank removes the stored connection and its access token. The privacy page describes the details.
What does KHMYS cost?
KHMYS does not charge anything today. There is no billing or subscription in the app.
Can KHMYS import a CSV or PDF bank statement?
Yes. You can import a CSV or PDF statement and KHMYS adds the transactions to your account, ready to categorise and budget against.
Is KHMYS just for tracking expenses?
Spending is the starting point. You can also track accounts and investments, set budgets, and keep financial goals alongside your day-to-day money.
Can I try KHMYS before signing in?
Absolutely. The demo has a populated dashboard with sample transactions, budgets, investments, and goals. It is read-only, needs no account, and stays separate from your real login.
What does KHMYS mean?

How do I contact KHMYS or delete my data?
Email [email protected] for help or to request account and data deletion. Self-service account deletion is not available yet.
